If you email us separately, we may also receive drawings or other attachments.

We use inquiry information only to review your requirements, prepare quotations or samples, respond to your questions, and maintain an internal record of business inquiries. We do not sell inquiry information.

Service providers

Inquiry data may be processed by the hosting, CRM and email services used to operate this website. These services receive only the information needed to deliver and manage your inquiry.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary for business communication, accounting or legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, email salestape@lubandart.com.
